Interview as a service means an external team of vetted engineers runs your technical interviews for you. Recrix plugs into your hiring process: you share the role and candidates, we interview them and send structured reports, so your engineers stay focused on building.

What exactly does Recrix do?

Recrix runs technical interviews for your hiring team. You share a job description and candidates; we set up the rubric, schedule candidates, have a domain-matched expert interview them in our secure interview room, and deliver a detailed, evidence-backed report for every candidate, typically within 24 hours.

How do you make sure interviewers are good?

Interviewers are matched to the skills on your JD and go through experience verification and a calibration interview before they assess candidates. Every report must include written evidence for each skill, every interview is recorded with skill timestamps, and if you disagree with a verdict we re-interview the candidate with a different expert for free.

Can we use our own rubric, questions, or feedback form?

Yes. Your must-have skills become the scorecard, you can add custom parameters such as communication or system design, share your own coding problems, and attach your company feedback form for the interviewer to complete alongside the Recrix report.

How do you prevent cheating and proxy interviews?

The interview room checks that the authenticated candidate matches the scheduled interview and flags tab switches, leaving the window, copy/paste, developer-tools shortcuts and screen captures in real time. Flags appear in the report with timestamps so your team can review the context.

What does a candidate report include?

A pass/fail verdict, overall rating, JD match percentage, skill-by-skill ratings with written evidence, upskilling and cross-training signals, integrity signals, the coding exercise, and the interview recording. You can download a sample report on this page.

Is the 24-hour turnaround guaranteed?

For standard technical roles, reports are delivered within 24 hours of the candidate's interview slot being confirmed. Very large batches or niche skills may need more time; we confirm the timeline before we start.
