Terms of Service

Recrix provides interview-as-a-service: we set up role rubrics, schedule candidates, conduct technical interviews through vetted interviewers on our platform, and deliver reports and recordings. Specific scope, volumes, timelines and fees are agreed with each client in writing.

You must give accurate information, keep your login secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

• You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share candidate data with us and for informing candidates that a third party will interview them.
• Reports are expert opinions to support your hiring decision. The final decision, and compliance with employment law, remains yours.
• Turnaround times (such as 24-hour reports) are targets confirmed per engagement and may vary for large batches or niche skills.
• Fees are as quoted. Free pilot interviews are offered at our discretion and may be limited per company.

Interviews are recorded and monitored for integrity. You must attend in person, answer honestly and not use unauthorised help, other people or tools. Integrity events are reported to the hiring company. Recrix does not make hiring decisions and does not guarantee a job offer.

Interviewers act as independent professionals. You must keep candidate and client information confidential, assess fairly against the agreed rubric, avoid conflicts of interest and not contact candidates or clients outside the platform about an engagement.

Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful, discriminatory or abusive content, no attempts to access other accounts or data, no reverse engineering, scraping or disrupting the service, and no recording of interviews by means other than the platform.

The platform, brand and content belong to Recrix. Clients own the job descriptions, questions and candidate data they provide and receive a licence to use reports for their hiring. You grant us the rights needed to provide the service.

Each party keeps the other's confidential information private. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and, where it applies, our GDPR commitments.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Recrix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for hiring outcomes, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. Sections that by nature should survive (confidentiality, IP, liability) continue after termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
